Laundromat Questions
What are your hours?
We open at 5 a.m. and our last wash is at 8:30 p.m. Our Wash and Fold window is open every day from 11am-2pm and 6pm-9pm.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are attended from 11am-2pm and again at 6pm-9pm every day of the week. Holiday hours will be posted on Google Maps and on our phone message.
Do you take coins or cards?
We offer two methods of payment to make your life a little easier. Traditional coin-operated as well as payment via the PayRange app (on ~60% of our washers and dryers).
To use PayRange, simply download the app and then fund it using a credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc. Your phone will communicate directly to the washers or dryers over bluetooth.
And our Wash and Fold window accepts cash or card.
Do you have a change machine?
We have two change machines.
Do you have any large washing machines?
We have a GIANT 8-load washing machine, which is perfect for families, as well as six high capacity 6-load washers, six 4.5/5-load and several more that are larger than a normal home washing machine.
Do you have any large dryers?
Yes, we have 4 dryers that are 50% larger than the average laundromat dryer.
Wash & Fold Questions
Is there a minimum amount of laundry that I have to bring in?
We have a $15 minimum, which is only about 11 pounds of laundry!
What is the turnaround time for Fluff and Fold?
Our stated turnaround time is 48 hours, but generally our orders are ready for pickup after 24 hours.
You'll be notified via text as soon as your order is finished.
Is there a choice of detergents?
Yes, we offer your choice of All Free & Clear, Tide or Green Gain, plus optional fabric softener and dryer sheets.
Are comforters weighed to get the price?
Comforters are weighed along with your other clothing. But for orders that are ONLY comforters, they will be priced by the piece rather than by the pound.
